Studio Policies & Rules

Dress Code: All students are required to follow the dress code. Following the dress code is important to ensure student safety. Hair must be up and all dangling jewelry must be taken off. Street clothes such as jeans and crop tops are not permitted. Students who continuously fail to follow the dress code may be asked to sit out of class (you will not receive a refund).

Payments: All classes must be paid for monthly following our payment schedule.

Attendance & Make-Up Class Policy: Weekly attendance is mandatory and students are expected to arrive on time for class each week. However, in case of illness, make-up classes are available when scheduled in advance. You must call the studio to schedule a make-up class and it must be taken within the month of the missed class. If you do not schedule your make-up class within the month, your class will expire. Please note that make-up classes can only be made in the same style of the missed class. All missed classes must be paid for whether you decide to take make-up class or not.

Waiting Area: Our waiting room is currently open.

Classroom Rules:

• Students must be in dress code.

• No food or gum chewing.

• No sports drinks allowed, bottled water only.

• Cell phone use is strictly prohibited during class.

• Students must be respectful to their teachers and fellow dancers at all times.

• Strollers are not permitted in the dance studio.

Dance Recital Policy: All students participating in our annual recital are required to attend a mandatory dress rehearsal (date to be determined in May or June). All dance costumes are final sale and non-refundable.
